Who are we?
The Gallery was founded by Georgia Stevens a young Dubbo local. Georgia studied hospitality in Sydney at an elite hospitality and business management college. In 2018 The Gallery opened for business inside the Western Plains Cultural Centre.
The Gallery is run by a team of quirky young coffee and food enthusiasts, who all play a unique role in breathing life into this young start up.
The team, rustic furniture, fresh floral arrangements and excellent coffee are just a few delights in the café. We are inspired by the little things and believe that is what makes us unique.
So next time you’re wandering through Dubbos latest art exhibition or reading up on Dubbos history in the cultural centre, make sure you stop and try something deliciously buttery out of our cake cabinet, or something spicy off our lunch menu. And if coffee isn’t for you, try some of our smooth earthy coffee alternates…. such as our Famous Farmers Juice with profits heading to locals doing it tough!
At the Gallery we believe in supporting the local land and community by sourcing Dubbo’s best quality ingredients to provide our customers with delicious seasonal meals. Most of the products we use to craft our meals come straight from the Farm to your table.
A few of our local suppliers include;
